ROCHESTOWN COLLEGE Francis College Rochestown, a Catholic Secondary School under the Trusteeship of the Capuchin Franciscan Order, aims to provide an environment which promotes in a harmonious manner the physical, academic, spiritual, social and moral growth of the whole person.
